-Information service-----marketing and sales activities

-Product evaluation-----demonstration of the product

-Instruction and Installation-----Fit in the customer`s application

-After sales support-----technical support, repair and maintenance

-Cooperation with suppliers-----information exchange,update the product information feed back information to suppliers
